In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "b999", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to b999 and its operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence and operates the b999.lol website and all associated services.
  • "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the b999 platform.

To register and use a b999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

  • b999 may require identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — as part of the KYC process before activating full withdrawal functionality.
  • Changes to registered personal information must be communicated to b999 support promptly. b999 may suspend accounts pending verification of material changes to registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your b999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. b999 will never ask you to provide your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

  • You must not share your b999 login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or any person claiming to represent b999.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the b999 cashier at the time of transaction.

  • b999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your b999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your account KYC profile.
  • Deposits are credited to your b999 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. b999 does not charge processing fees on deposits from any listed payment method, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • b999 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, originates from an unregistered payment method, or is associated with suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Deposited funds are held in segregated player fund accounts and are not used for b999's operational expenses. This segregation is a requirement of b999's international gaming licence.
  • b999 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. Large or unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures and temporary account holds pending verification.

  • All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. b999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void bets in circumstances where there is reasonable evidence of market manipulation, match-fixing, or data feed error.
  • Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Due to the inherent speed of live events, b999 may impose delays in bet acceptance during in-play betting. Bets submitted during a delay period will be accepted only if odds remain valid upon confirmation.
  • Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled sporting events are handled in accordance with b999's standard settlement rules, which specify settlement timeframes beyond which unsettled bets will be voided and stakes returned.

  • b999 publishes maximum bet limits per market. Requests above the published maximum will be accepted at b999's discretion and may be partially accepted up to the maximum applicable limit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension and fund confiscation pending investigation:

  • Registration under false personal details, misrepresentation of age, or use of another person's identity or payment credentials.
  • Operation of more than one b999 account simultaneously or sequentially without b999's express written authorisation.
  • Exploitation of software bugs, technical errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
  • Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting to collect duplicate bonuses, systematic low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or collusion between multiple accounts.

  • Any activity that b999 reasonably suspects constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or proceeds of unlawful activity passing through the platform.
  • Threatening, abusing, or harassing b999 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

b999 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following player-protection tools, all accessible directly from the Account Settings dashboard without requiring a support request:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any b999 content without the prior written authorisation of b999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player to b999 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • b999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.
  • b999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect service availability.
  • b999 is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment processor outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
  • The Player acknowledges that gambling involves inherent financial risk. b999 is not liable for gambling losses incurred by any Player on the platform, which result from the inherent nature of the products offered.

b999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without advance notice where b999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct on the platform.
  • The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by b999.
  • The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
  • Continuation of the Player's account poses a risk to b999's regulatory compliance, reputation, or the interests of other players.

Players may voluntarily close their b999 account at any time by contacting support. Upon legitimate voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after identity verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b999's gaming licence is issued, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
